When a customer checks in at the Port of Dover they are given a ticket. If the customer is a truck driver or if they have booked a Club Lounge Pass their ticket is printed with a Barcode.
Lorry driver’s tickets allow them access into the “Route Masters Lounge”.
Club Lounge passengers’ tickets allow them entry into the Club Lounge.
It is also possible to control door entry from a Web Portal.
On each Door Entry Point there is a keypad. An override code can be input into the keypad for staff to gain access to areas.
Doors can also be locked or unlocked via the Web Portal.
