Our client previously used a paper ticket system to keep track of how long hot food had been out on the press. Staff would have to manually write out colour coordinated tickets and keep an eye on the clock and check each ticket to see when food needed to come off the press.

Now staff can easily click on the picture of the food item and see exactly how long any food can be left out.

These screens are currently installed on 5 cross channel ferries.
