IT Support for Existing Digital Signage

Redfortress was approached by P&O Ferries to provide support for an existing Digital Signage Solution installed by a 3rd party supplier.

The original supplier had ceased to exist which meant the system was left with no support.

With very little original documentation explaining the system, Redfortress learned how the system worked in regards to both hardware and software.

We have been supporting the Digital Signage System onboard The Spirit of Britain and The Spirit of France since 2015.

Any hardware failures, where possible, we fix under the original manufacturer warranty.

We regularly attend the vessels to perform routine maintenance on the system, which is covered by our support agreement, to minimise any downtime of the system and fix issues before they become a problem.
